We’ve been living through a pandemic for the past two years which has been stressful enough.
Now the war in Ukraine has created more stress, anxiety and upset. Watching from other countries can make you feel helpless.
Camilla Fellas Arnold and Emily Tuck are running a joint journal therapy workshop to help you process your emotions and reduce your anxiety and stress and help you move into a more hopeful mindset.
We will guide you through journaling prompts supported by other tools such as Tapping and ESR to support you in transforming your feelings at this difficult time.
The workshop will be held on every Monday from 7th March 2022 at 11 AM GMT for 8 weeks at a cost of £111 GBP.
